Follow the steps below when you are ready to enrol.
1) Log on at Aon Choice
2) Learn about your benefits
Review the benefit overview section (My Benefits Overview > Benefits Information). Download and review plan documents in the Documents and Contacts page.
3) Enrol
- Verify information and add dependents.
- Update personal information such as tobacco/vape user status.
- To avoid denied claims, it is important that you add/edit your dependents and connect them to coverage.
- Choose benefits and complete follow up items.
- Review each benefit and make any changes as desired. You will see per paycheque cost and credit to you for all benefits.
4) Confirm your choices
Make sure to follow the instructions on the screen and complete all the steps. If you stop before completing all the steps, your elections will not be saved, and your previous year’s coverage will be maintained. It’s important to note, if you do not complete Annual Enrolment, any excess credits you may have will be defaulted to a Health Care Spending Account. Look for the sign on the screen to ensure your enrolment is complete.
5) Congratulations!
Your enrolment is now complete. Your new coverage will be activated on the effective date.
If you make any mistakes when you enrol, you have until the end of the enrolment period to change them. Simply start the enrolment process again and update your elections. You will need to complete all the check-out steps again. If you stop before completing all the steps, your elections will not be saved and you will receive the last confirmed submission.
