Virtual care for medical and mental health services

Available to all colleagues and your eligible dependents, Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue, offers an integrated health platform to quickly assess, treat and support your physical and mental health concerns. You’ll have virtual access to a multitude of in-house healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, mental health specialists and more). IMPACT Cancer Care Program

We all face challenges every day, but none can prepare us for the uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis. Thermo Fisher believes no one should need to face this journey alone. The IMPACT Cancer Care Program provides company-paid personalized support for colleagues and dependents facing a cancer diagnosis or with a family history of cancer. Services include access to IMPACT navigators who serve as a single point of contact to answer questions and provide general guidance, education about cancer risks and when to consider genetic testing, and help with identifying additional resources as needed. All Thermo Fisher regular colleagues working in Canada, their spouse/domestic partners and dependent children are eligible for IMPACT benefits. Participants must have a current or past cancer diagnosis or have a concern about a hereditary cancer risk in the family (no cancer diagnosis needed).
