Thermo Fisher shares the cost

You earn credits based on your Extended Health Care and Dental Care election plus additional base credits of $175. Based on your coverage election, the base credits will be applied to your HCSA and/or PSA or will be used to offset the cost of EHC or dental coverage.

Don’t need coverage?

If you have coverage available through your spouse or another source, you will receive an opt-out payment of $204 into your flex credits for declining dental coverage.
